I have always been a work out nut.  When I was going to school to figure out my degree I knew it had to be something involving sports.  To make some money I worked part time at a recreation facility teaching aerobics, and volunteering for the football team as a trainer.  Listening to the athletes that I worked with I immediately knew.  When I finished with my degree, I went back to get my masters in sport psychology.  Now I feel like I am getting to spread my knowledge of how great it is to be an athlete.  I also get to work with athletes on helping build their careers, and that is something to be proud of.
