When he was a puppy it was pretty simple, we just told them to give him a puppy cut. When he got older, even though we found a groomer we really liked, it was still very much trial and error. Once we got the style we liked, the groomer just remembered what style to give our dog. One day when I went to pick Max up, I suggested to the groomer that she take some pictures of dogs with different styles and give them names. I told her she could take them to a booklets printing store and have them printed up. Then when she got a new customer, they could take one home and decide which cut they like.
