Construction of affordable portable buildings

They are different from modular homes. Modular buildings are sectional prefabricated structures that are manufactured in a plant. They are then delivered to the customer as one or more complete modular sections. The affordable portable buildings differ greatly from modular buildings in many respects. The differences between affordable portable buildings and modular buildings hinge around three main factors. These factors relate to methods of construction, types of materials used in building. Another relevant factor is the method used by lending institutions for appraisal of buildings that can be relocated.
