Construction related Accident

He has been working for the construction company for the past 10 years and was recently promoted to the post of a senior mason. But one day, while working at the site, and supervising his other workers, a large lift carrying the levers, broke loose and fell onto him, making him loose consciousness. He had a severe head injury, was bleeding profusely and had to be rushed to the hospital for emergency. The doctors asked for lotof investigations done, as he was close to the state of mere vegetable. Not having the faith in the insurance company, I had to seek advice and help of the Toronto Personal Injury Lawyer, knowing they would surely do something for my father.
