It Wasn’t That Way at All

I figured that all I would have to do would be to fill out a few papers and I would be done. But it wasn’t that way at all. I had to get a conveyancing solicitor, just as if I were buying or selling a house. I guess, in essence, I was re-selling the house to myself. It was a lot more complicated than I expected. Luckily, though, getting conveyancing quotes for Manchester property was easy. All I had to do was fill out a few forms online.
