Taking the time listen: An overlooked treasure

In this fast paced life of work, family, running kids to and from activities we have lost the art of just spending time together listening. I realized this evening that I have begun to count our time together watching T.V. as quality time. HA! What a joke. I need your help. I need suggestions of how you are spending more time with your family and those that you love in this fast paced world. I want to change the way we currently function for the sake of my family. Thanks for all your suggestions!
