A Guide To weight Loss for Women in their 50′s and Beyond

Lets face it, it is getting harder to move around these days. I am in my mid 50′s and am way to stiff. In addition, I have a lot of trouble keeping weight off. My diet hasn’t really changed but I think my metabolism has slowed down. I have looked for a guide to weight loss for middle age women and have found some great sites on line. It seems tha if I get moving more it will help the stifness and the slow metabolism. Some guides provide great workout and diet tips. I am going to be a new woman this summer.
