Good exercises for your back

Some people are more predispositioned to having back problems, while others bring it on themselves from the activities they do. When i was younger I was a drummer, and would constantly be in pain from the slumping that I would do on the drum throne. Now I have to do back exercises everyday to make sure that I get the strength I need to not hurt. It’s something that I wish I could go back and just correct the way I did things when i was younger. It would have made all the difference.
