This tends to loose the unwanted fat present in the body. These are heavy exercises that need to be done with utmost care, as it can also lead to excessive loss of calories. An aerobic exercise facilitates the lung capability, increasing the oxygen intake and as a result your body works harder. Beside weight loss these exercises highly increase the stamina and the energy, improving the mental health also. By maintaining a good balance, over the blood pressure, aerobic exercises tend to reduce the chances of heart problems in individuals.
