No quick weight loss for teens

Usually it was all grapefruit or all clear broth or something odd like that. She would spend years yoyo-ing up and down with her weight. Their is no quick weight loss for teens that is truly safe and healthy. The word is not diet anymore it is eating healthy. Making better food choices and getting some moderate exercise is the way to really make changes and lose the weight. Stay away from crazy old age fad diets because they can do more harm then good.
