Often, stress affects sour daily life affecting work and the restful periods of the day, too. The stress gets to the work and other activities and we want to relieve our self of the stress. Deep breathing, visualization, progressive muscle relaxation meditation and yoga are effective Stress Relaxation Techniques. Whenever we undergo stress there are certain certain involuntary hormonal and biochemical changes in the body. There is a rise in the heart rate, our breathing becomes shallow, our muscles tense and the digestion and immune system stops temporarily. But, we can carry out a combination of relaxation techniques to suit the one that suits us the best.
