If you ever bake a cake, you will know how tiring it is just to use hand to mix butter cake. I don’t mind using mixer to help me since it is really tiring just using hand. I got my mixer through some recommendation of mixer reviews websites, I love it so much that I strongly recommend it to anybody. Some of the lightweight mixer motors might not be powerful enough to mix stiff bread dough, so be careful when you plan to buy a lightweight mixer. However, if your mixer doesn’t live up to the manufacturer’s claims, you can always try making bread by hand.
