You Say Boiler, I Say Hot Water Heater

Our boiler recently quit working. It was the original one that came with the house so I suppose I shouldn’t complain.  When I used to live in the states, they would give you a gas boiler, or hot water heater as they call them, when you signed on for gas service for free. Alas, they do not do that with british gas boilers. You have to fork over the pounds for it here. I suppose we’ll go shopping for one tomorrow although I’d as soon pull teeth. It’s just not something I like to spend my hard earned money for. I wish it had a warranty on it!
