Background Information

I like to know a little about the geography at the time or maybe even who the rulers were at the time the subject is taking place. All these things are great information to help you understand exactly what was taking place and why. A great Bible Encyclopedia can give you the snapshot look into the time and place. I know for me it is very important for me to visualize what is going on and it improves my study.
