I have worked out all of my life and I am greatly enthused to get other people active in their lifestyle. I now a lot about working out but I do not know a lot about building a gym. I need to get everything from weights and equipment and flooring solutions. I obviously need different weights and floors for the bathroom and the workout rooms but I do not know what works best. I need both equipment and floors to last for a very long time.
