Setting Personal Goals

I am a manager at a gym, and I see people of all shapes and sizes doing their best to get in shape. Initially, their workouts are all about weight loss, and then after a while, what the men want is to build bigger muscle mass. Our staff of personal trainers tell me that becoming more muscular is the number one goal of every single one of their clients. We can teach them many of the basic routines designed to do this, but we also advise them to go online and see what some of the latest research is showing that will help to achieve their goals.
