If bills keep piling up and wages keep staying the same or get lower but all of the prices of goods keep going up, then there are not going to be any people that can buy anything. But when there are mobile phone companies that take their prices and make special phone deals out of them in order for the general public to be able to afford them, then they will buy them thus putting money back into the economy.
