Palm may sue Apple over the iPhone

The Palm Pre was quietly revealed to the public but has since received quite a bit of fanfare and excitement from smartphone aficionados, and a lot of heat from Apple and their fan base says r4dsi. Apple and their cohorts are claiming that Palm ripped off everything from the iPhones multi-touch technology and specs to the very operating system which makes the iPhone so special. So should Apple sue Palm? Lets take a look at what all the uproar is about before we make any hasty decisions.
