I have found that OneCare from Microsoft does a good job. Considering that Windows XP is a Microsoft product, it stands to reason that they would design the best anti virus program for its operating system. I was having some problems with the memory due to registry files being damaged, but once I installed the OneCare antivirus; my system began to function like when I first purchased it.
